Object description
ASA SSN- 18fv - the Nova Carina in July 2021

Short objekt description:

The nova Carina was discovered on 20 March 2018by the All-Sky Automated Survey for Supernovae (ASAS-SN) and at the time it had a magnitude 6.5 brightness. We took images of the nova in April and July 2018 and in May 2019. We show these images here.

Then came Covid 19 and so it was not until July 2021 that we were able to take another image, which we show here. The brightness of the nova is now estimated to be beyond the 15th magnitude.
